We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Data security and the protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data is an important concern for us, which we take into account in our business processes. We process your personal data on the basis of applicable data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation ("DSGVO"). For what purposes do we process your data and what legal permission do we have for it (legal basis)?
We process your personal data as far as this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract of which you are a contracting party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which are based on your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO). We process personal data of you on the basis of a legitimate interest on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO.

 • If you contact our customer service via email or telephone, we will collect the information and data you provide (including personal information) in order to process your request. Further collection and processing of your personal data, such as the recording of conversations, does not take place.We process personal data of you on the basis of a legitimate interest in the processing on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1 f DS-GVO.


• We process the during theSales or acquisition procedure also collected data to detect and correct possible errors and malfunctions in the process.  


• We transmit your personal customer data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address)Third parties, if necessary, to allow such third parties to contact you or the respective customer.  


• We transmit personal customer information to authorities, courts, Schufa and similar third parties who are public entities, as may be required or permitted by applicable law, e.g. if processing for the protection of the legitimate Interests.                                                                                 


• For purposes of fraud prevention, we conduct an identity verification. For this purpose, we will forward your registration data (name, first name, address, date of birth and telephone number) to credit reference agencies. This is for the purpose of verifying that you are registered or reachable at the specified address. Submission may take place both when you provide your personal information for the first time and when you change your name or address.If you have given us consent, we will use your personal data on the basis of this consent (Article 6 (1) a DSGVO) for the purposes stated therein.

These include the following processing purposes:


• To inform and advise you about services and to send you individual offers in writing, in personal conversation or by electronic mail (e-mail, SMS,).
Are you obligated to provide your data and what happens if you do not provide them?The provision of personal data is compulsory, as far as this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract of which you are a party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures that are at your request, otherwise we will not be able to fulfill such a contract or to take steps requested by you. The provision of the other personal data is voluntary. If, for example, you do not wish to provide your personal information as part of a consent, you can still use our services. However, we may not be able to offer you services that require your consent.
How long do we save your data?We store your personal information as long as that personal information is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.For example, invoices must be kept for 10 years. In addition, we store personal customer data until expiry of the applicable limitation periods, if applicable.
